What is your story?

When I first graduated college in 2000, I went to work in the family business as a Controller. I decided I wanted to further my education and went back to school to earn my accounting degree and then to license as a CPA. After I graduated with my accounting degree, I took a position with a CPA firm and got my CPA license. A few years later I went back into the private sector in the construction industry. I left that industry to join Jack Trent and Company.

What do you enjoy doing when you are away from work?

I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife and children. I love the outdoors, hiking, fishing, backpacking, and camping. I enjoy mountain biking and sports.

What strengths do you bring to Jack Trent & Company?

Working in the private sector gives me a good understanding of what small business owners go through on a regular basis. I can relate to them and give them insights that they might not have thought of before.
